Arrival and departure

Arrival: Your room will be available from 3 pm.

Departure: We ask you to vacate your room by 10 am.

Included services:

For an additional charge:
• Once a reservation has been made, catering can only be booked on request and at 
  at the following price: breakfast € 33,00 per person/day & dinner € 49,00 per person/day.
• Bicycle boxes are available - € 12,00 per box/night - please book in advance.
• We have 4 garage spaces - € 25,00 per garage/night - please book in advance.
• Enjoy our wellness treatments.
• We will be happy to organise your transfer to the airport for you.

Our new service in the Wörthersee region: Wörthersee Plus Card - Print@home. Would you like to take advantage of your free guest card on arrival? Our reservations team will be happy to send you your guest card by email for you to print out yourself.

Dress code

We kindly ask you to enter our hotel restaurant in appropriate attire (in the evening: men with long trousers and closed shoes).

Smoking

Smoking is permitted in all outdoor areas such as the lakeside terrace, beach and hotel entrance area with park as well as on the room balconies! Smoking is prohibited in the indoor areas and in all rooms.

Pets

Pets are only allowed on request and only in certain rooms. For your pet we charge € 25,- per night (without food), a woollen blanket and a feeding bowl are provided. Without a written reservation for your pet, we charge a final cleaning fee of € 200,-. We ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant.

Payment

You are welcome to pay your bill in cash, by credit card or EC card (A, D, NL). To secure your reservation, we ask you to provide your credit card details including expiry date - thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation conditions: (unless otherwise agreed - valid from the day of arrival)

The general terms and conditions for the hotel industry apply AGBH. Place of fulfilment is Pörtschach, place of jurisdiction is Klagenfurt.

In the period from 01.03. - 08.05. & 08.09. - 21.11.2024:
• Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 1 day before arrival.

In the period from 09.05. - 20.06. & 22.11.2024 - 03.01.2025:

• Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 5 days before arrival.
• Up to 3 days before arrival 50% of the room price will be charged.
• Up to 1 day before arrival 80% of the room price will be charged.

In the preiod from 21.06. - 07.09.2024:

• Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
• Up to 7 days before arrival 50% of the room price will be charged.
• In the 7 days prior to arrival 80% of the room rate will be charged.

Always valid:
• In case of no-show and early departure the full room price will be charged.

In deviation from §5 clause 5.4. of the AGBH 2006, it is agreed that both contracting parties have the right to withdraw from the accommodation contract free of charge without giving reasons and without being entitled to compensation (cancellation). The accommodation provider may exercise this right up to 30 days prior to arrival.

Travel cancellation insurance

We recommend a Travel cancellation insurance  to finalise.
